Fitness Group
Classes
Small class atmosphere targeting specific muscle groups daily. We work with designated fitness machines and weights focusing on a circuit of training techniques.
PERSONAL
TRAINING
Personal Training is a one on one workout customized to the clients needs and abilities. We are all Certified Personal Trainers. Our goal as trainers is to train our clients to their next level and help them reach their fitness goals.
BOOT
CAMP
Our fun and energetic bootcamps class are a bit larger. During our bootcamp class we tend to use lighter weight and add more fun fitness challenges. This 60 minute class will be a great calorie burner while meeting/sweating with the Salty family.
Nutrition
Counseling
We can chat with you in a 60-minute meeting to discuss current lifestyle, challenges and goals with a custom nutrition plan that will accompany the specified fitness goals.
Accountability Coaching
An ongoing check-in process requiring measurements, weigh-ins, progress photos and communication to capture ongoing fitness program progress.
SINGLE CLASS DROP IN
There is the ability to drop in on a single class.
