BROOK VOORTMAN | OWNER
A NESTA Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience in bodybuilding, fitness, personal training, group exercises classes, cardio regimens and nutrition counseling. Brook had successfully trained bodybuilding competitors and lifestyle clients alike. With her vast experience working with clients of different body types and a variety of health challenges inclusive of previous injuries, results in being one of the top trainers in the fitness industry. She loves what she does and has a passion for helping others succeed. She is a trainer that will keep you motivated, accountable, and encouraged through your fitness journey.

Cherry is a Mom of 2, NASM Certified personal trainer and lifestyle coach that specializes in fitness, food, and faith. She looks forward to helping you unlock your full potential, reach your goals, love your unique body and believe that you are fearfully and wonderfully made!

After getting certified in 2019, Lydia has been training clients both in personal training and group classes ever since. Lydia believes that working out is so much more than just the physical aspect and that fitness enhances your body, mind and soul.

Juliette is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an AFPA Certified Mat Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping women build self-confidence and flourish in their individual health and fitness journeys.

Brittnei is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutritionist. She has been both a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor for seven years. An avid runner and high energy EDM workout playlist enthusiast, you can find her teaching upbeat classes at Salty.

Kylie's passion for competitive sports growing up eventually led her into becoming a trainer to help and lead others in their own health and fitness journey's.
