Brook Voortman, Owner

I am a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience in bodybuilding, fitness, personal training, group exercises classes, cardio regimens and nutrition counseling. I've successfully trained bodybuilding competitors and lifestyle clients alike. With my vast experience working with clients of different body types and a variety of health challenges inclusive of previous injuries, results in being one of the top trainers in the fitness industry. I love what I do and I have a passion for helping others succeed. I am a trainer that will keep you motivated, accountable, and encouraged through your fitness journey.


Tiffany Harvey

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, but after becoming a mom I started to take things more seriously. For me, it started with sports, specifically swimming, and transformed into working out for weight loss purposes after having 1, 2 and 3! Baby boys, but it has now become a passion for weightlifting and building my body. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I have done two bikini bodybuilding contests as well as won an overall fitness competition through UFC gym. I have been training in boxing, Jui Jitsu, and muy Thai with a coach for almost two years now. I enjoy finding new, fun and exciting ways to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I love to help women set goals, achieve them and maintain them. Whether it be to lose weight, create a healthy lifestyle that is easy to sustain or body build, I can help. I try to make fitness something you can learn to love and not just something you do because you feel like you have to. I look forward to changing things up and making your workouts fun and new!


Addie Tietz

I can’t remember a time in my life that I wasn’t dancing, cheering, working out, swinging in the air, or challenging someone to race. I’ve always felt that if I was not active during the day, the day wasn’t complete. I have been an aerialist, gymnast, cheerleader, and now I’m a sponsored competitive pistol shooter. With all that said, every sport that I’ve been a part of has required some type of physical fitness aspect. I get excited through interesting, fun, and creative ways to workout and strive to constantly challenge myself as well as help others to do the same. I always look forward to conquering workouts and knowing that I have performed to the best of my abilities. I’ve always felt that fitness was a big part of feeling confident in your own skin, and I love motivating others to feel liberated. I look forward to helping others achieve their goals and feel confident in their bodies.
